Had a good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were great, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Only thing I would change is the pillows offered, they were quite uncomfortable. Other than that, it was pretty good.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfectāyou can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; itās perfect.

I really like this property it was a little further away than I normally stay but I walked a few blocks to the train station every day and it was no problem
I only give it four stars because there's no place to really get any food at night nearby but other than that is great

Wonderful hotel.
Bit of a walk from the train station, but it's well worth it.
The staff were wonderful. always so helpful and willing to share advice - which was very useful while the G7 protest was going on.
The choice from the breakfast buffet was perfect for my taste.
Regretably, I didn't make use of the bar - but there is always next time!
The hotel is really nicely situated in a quiet area, not far from the lake edge.
I will definately be coming back to this hotel.
