Nice place to relax after a few days in the mountains. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Great hotel, personal staff. Fantastic meal plan

We stayed here for a ski vacation. In addition to the convenience and comfort, the hotel has beautiful interior design and many artistic elements. The food and cocktails were delicious. Highly recommended!!

The food was great!!!! The people who worked there were the best!!!!!! I loved the area!!!!It could not have been better. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great breakfast. Great staff. Great view

i liked David offer different activities in the morning and evenings. Loved the spa.

Nice hotel with very kind staff and good food. I would recommend to everybody looking for relax and a great place to stay for a fair price.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn

The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid.

We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The hotel's 'lobby' is more like a living room, complete with comfortable chairs, fresh flowers and a fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious and had breathtaking views of the mountainside, as well as a personal note from the innkeeper and fresh apples upon our arrival. We had turndown service each evening with...

This was a true Alpine experience! The hotel was like something out of Swiss Family Robinson. It was pristine in every way. The room had everything we would ever need and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast was excellent! I wish I could give it a higher score than a 5!

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. Its location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of a truly magical town, just steps from charming streets, local cafés, and beautiful historic sights. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to soak in the atmosphere from morning until night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this...

A great little hotel if you want to get some good rest while looking at the alps

It was fantastic. Wonderful hotel. Helpful staff

Very nice hotel, close by the train shuttle station. Has two elevators, a beautiful lobby and excellent dining area. Breakfast was very good; All the 'hotels.com' hotels we have stayed in have provided a good buffet breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. The bed in the Butterfly was softer and more comfortable than all the rest. We would stay here in the future.

Friendly front desk staff, clean property, had views of Matterhorn! Also is off of the main tourist area which makes for a nicer stay
