The main issue is safety. - There are a lot of drugged-out people and homeless around the property. - Don't expect to sleep until around 1-2am until the police show up and kick out the domestic that's happening beside you. - The rooms are a bit dirty and are run down (live electrical wires, peeling bathtub, holes in the furniture)"
