Très belle petite villa dans complexe à 50m de la page

Le complexe, la villa très complète , la piscine, le parking. Très proche de la mer , 1km du centre de Valras. Tout était parfait.Très mauvais contact à l'arrivée avec l'agent immobilier,c'était malheureusement le seul problème de nos vacances.Par contre, toujours aussi content de la société Abritel et des contacts avec Mr Oligner, le propriétaire

Gemütliche Unterkunft sehr nah zum Strand

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und auf der Terrasse kann man prima im Freien essen. Das Highlight für uns war der Strand: nur einmal raus aus der Anlage und über die Straße, schon steht man auf einem tollen breiten Strand. Das Meer ist schön flach und daher super für Kinder geeignet. Und für stürmische Tage gibt's noch einen schönen Pool in der Anlage.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur, die die Schlüsselübergabe organisiert, lief problemlos.Fazit: eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Séjour "pro" et d'agrément

Le logement est très pratique : proche des commerces mais aussi de la plage. Il y a également une piscine. Je recommande.Nous étions descendues pour suivre une formation sur la région et n'avons eu que peu de temps pour profiter de la plage. Toutefois, nous avons tout de même réussi à nous balader, visiter Béziers et voir le canal du Midi.

Gros défaut de propreté malgré un cadre agréable

Nous avons rencontré un gros problème de propreté (literie/alèses sales/oreillers jaunes, house de canapé toute tachée, cuisine) qui nous a valu 2h de ménage avant d'ouvrir nous valises; ceci après 1 journée de voyage avec 3 enfants.. ce fut laborieux. Certains équipement sont défectueux/cassés (grille pain, poignée porte freezer) Mis ce gros problème à part, le cadre de la location est agréable, très proche de la plage et on rejoint tranquillement le centre de Valras par la digue en 20m de marche. La situation est bien, entre Cap d'Agde et Narbonne Plage. Le parking privé est un plus. Le cadre "résidence" permet aux enfants de sortir de la location tout en restant dans une enceinte non ouverte au public; les voisins que nous avons rencontrés sont gentils et de bon conseil. L'arrivée se fait dans les heures d'ouverture de l'agence; nous sommes arrivés 15m avant l'heure de fermeture, ce qui semble avoir été malvenu. La prise de possession des lieux s'est faite avec l'agence, mais un état des lieux à faire soi-même (en plus du ménage!) et à remettre à l'agence dans les 48h. La remise des clés a néanmoins pu se faire en dehors des heures d'ouvertures à notre convenance. Propriétaire désolé du désagrément et compréhensif, sans compensation pour autant.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est très bien situé à proximité direct de la plage et des commerces. Les activités estivales près du port sont à 15min à pied, nous avons très peu utilisé la voiture ce qui est un VRAI plus! Le propriétaire est très agréable et arrangeant ☺️ La piscine de la résidence est très bien entretenue et très propre. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans la résidence, nous avons été ravis. La résidence est propre et bien entretenue ainsi que la piscine. La maison est très bien située car en retrait de la piscine, l’orientation de la terrasse est parfaite Matin petit déjeuner à l’ombre et après-midi au soleil jusqu’à 19h.
