"Just an amazing staff very honest left money in my laundry they returned it they take suck good care of their customers it's unbelievable. It's a place I never want to leave and the staff made it that way. Also the mountain view is unbelievable. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place and I highly recommend it. For English speakers they speak great English and are just great people. Please if you're in this town come to this place you will never regret it "
"This is a nice resort although could do with some improvements considering it is quite a costly hotel compared to others in Vang Vieng... nothing bad but little details ... like better choice of pillows (very bulky so good to provide and flat ones too), more prompt action when water suddenly did not work at all, more options for breakfast, bicycles should be free for guests given the distance from town centre ... the resort is nice and room spacious and clean but the above suggestions would be...

"This is not my 1st time staying here. It is close to everything. I like the fact that you can go to a night out or eat and just walk straight back to your hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable,clean, and big. The room is spacious but I'd wear slippers. The only main issue is the room has deteriorate quite a bit each time I visit. The drawer was leaning to one side. The bathroom space is ok and the bathroom door is stain and dirty. "Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful. The property is unique and relaxing with a nice pool and great breakfast to start the day. We stayed in two of the rooms. The first was a huge three bedroom house with an amazing view of the mountains from the top bedroom. For the last night we moved to the smaller one bedroom container which was also comfortable and clean with a small deck for relaxing in the evening. When I go back to Vang Vieng I will definitely stay here again. "

Beautiful scenery especially if you do the boat ride on the river. Hiking to the viewpoints is extremely challenging but the views are spectacular! The so-called blue lagoons are really just small ponds and the water is not very clear

The self drive buggies are good, but make sure you book one that includes the entry to the blue lagoons and other view points, otherwise you have to pay for the entries when you get there

We moved Hotel after 1 hour to the S Vang Vieng Boutique Hotel , Amazing Hotel , Amazing Service , Amazing Rooms , Amazing Scenery, loved the natural feel of the Town, beautiful landscapes, picturesque River , Authentic Delicious Food to experienced‚ù§

"We stayed for four nights and were upgraded to a Deluxe room which is 32m2 (same size as classic) on the ground level with pool view and outside seating area. Very comfortable king bed, small sitting area and a large bathroom. Shower is in bath, so may not suit everyone.
Pool is very refreshing. There are about 22 sun lounges and we never had a shortage during our 4 nights stay. Very serene views of the river and limestone mountains in the background make it a very relaxing place to cool off after a day out and about.
Breakfast is buffet style with egg station. Plenty of options to suit most people with different menu items each day. Fresh juices were great, never had avocado before but it was my favourite. Veth and Yurr (trainee) looked after us with great care and attention. We were never short of freshly brewed coffees, teas or water. Used plates were cleared frequently and quickly.
Overall we had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.
