Casa Verde is a 3BR, 2.5BA home surrounded by lush landscaping and wildlife in Tierra Pacifica. Walk to Playa Junquillal or drive to nearby surf spots like Playa Avellanas and Playa Negra. Enjoy the shared pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis court at Club Árbol. The home features an open layout, screened porch, outdoor shower, upstairs terrace, and a full kitchen. Wake to howler monkeys and pick fresh fruit from the garden—nature, comfort, and location in one.

Located in Tierra Pacifica, a peaceful, gated community with 24/7 security and incredible amenities. Guests can enjoy the lap pool, hot tub, gym, yoga classes, and tennis court at Club Árbol. Nearby beaches include Playa Junquillal (walkable), Playa Blanca, and surf spots like Avellanas and Negra. Local restaurants and grocery stores are just minutes away.
