Small room but well organized and very charming. Location is amazing. Air conditioning even on top floor worked really well. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
I put two stars for amenities just because I don't think that category applies here since it's such a small hotel. The location could not be better though and it was easier to find than I expected it to be. Overall excellent stay!
Loved the location and very easy walk to water transport and sightseeing. It was lovely in the evenings after crowds left to walk and enjoy the square. The building felt very historic and well done. I appreciated the no stairs to the room although the bathtub was challenging for me to maneuver. The staff was wonderful in answering my many questions and very helpful in assisting me to make arrangements. It was a wonderful stay!
Everything about this hotel was great. The location was very convenient as it was only a 5 or so minute walk from St. Mark’s square, the room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful

Nice place in a very good location staff really good
This was a great property! It’s close to just about everything, great dining nearby. We loved our stay here and would stay here again if we’re ever in Venice
Staff were extremely welcoming and the room was very clean.
Would have appreciated an elevator to the fourth floor and the tv light is really bright.
Otherwise, LOVED the location!

All of the staff were so wonderful and kind. They gave us a whole list of recommendations for restaurants/bars and things to do upon our arrival. Hotel was in walking distance to many attractions and delicious restaurants!
It was honestly an amazing experience! Location is perfect and staff is super friendly and joyful. The right energy for holidays and Venice. Would book again and again.
