Comfy accommodations in a good spot!

Well situated to a number of good restaurants and wine bars. Easy access to the water taxis, but not too noisy at night. Quite secure. Unpretentious and cute. A good find!

Most amazing experience staying here during Carnivale! A brief 5-10 minute walk from St. Mark’s. The room was extremely clean and such a great size. The staff were super friendly! Highly recommend!

Excellent location that is close to the main attractions, water transport, incl airport, as well as dinning options . The property sign is kind of hidden and needs to be more visible, especially if one arrives late at night.

This is a wonderfully clean guest house with shared bathrooms that are basic but kept immaculately clean. You are able to catch the airport boat straight to the airport from Arsenale. It is basically a 3 min walk ther from the hotel. The price is excellent and you are quickly into the heart of Venice either by walking or taking the local boat transportation. Added bonus is a gelato shop just out the door and local bars and coffee shops surrounding you as you are close to where the locals live.

A great 3 days

We loved our stay at Casa Faravito it is in a great location and looking out of the balcony at the end of the landing was a treat every time. The shared bathrooms were always clean and we never had to wait. The staff at check in were great and accommodated our slightly late arrival with no issue. We would definitely book here again if we return to Venice.

Great Value and Great location.

Excellent location along the waterway. Close to the "Vaporetto" public water bus station " Arsenale". The room was comfortable. I had a sink , a bed, a table, and a closet (do drawer) The price was affordable. The shared bathroom situation worked out very well. The Hotel is located on the 1st floor of the building( in the U.S.A. that translates to the 2nd floor, so there's 1 flight of stairs to climb). Check-in was easy, Thanks to Maria. Overall had a wonderful stay. I would be Happy to recommend Casa Favaretto to family and friends for an enjoyable stay in Venice.

Very spacious rooms with our own sinks. There were three separate bathrooms, 2 of which had showers, and they were all nice. The woman that met us on arrival did not speak much English but she still easily communicated what we needed to know, plus English information sheets were provided in the room. Far location from the train station so we needed to walk a long way with our luggage, but it is close to multiple ferry stops. It is also around the corner from a street with many restaurants that we had good experiences at!

Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. The service and communication was very good, friendly and easy. Also the procedure to checkin and checkout and to get into the accommodation. The location is perfect for walking around to explore Arsenale and San Marco area by foot, transport (Vaporetto, Alilaguna) nearby, restaurants and shops too. A very good place to stay if you want to avoid too much tourism traffic. You should go to Bar Calice for a sundowner or an Avocadotoast for breakfast at Nuova Perla or a Pizza, Pasta and a drink at the Wine Bar close to Casa Favaretto. O local é limpo e organizado. Quem nos atendeu só falava italiano, mas se esforçou para comunicar todas as regras do local e gentilmente nos permitiu entrar no quarto alguns minutos antes. A localização perante a cidade e centro é boa, mas é um pouco distante da estação de trem e Piazzale Roma, para chegar e sair de Veneza. Mesmo assim, o custo-benefício é bom e indico a acomodação!
