Es una buena opcion, amplio, limpio, Monica de recepcion es muy amable y atenta. Solo apreciaria que dieran mejor indicaciones para las paradas del barco cerca hotel, es muy dificil llegar desde RIalto como nos lo indicaron, cuándo hay una parada a una cuadra del hotel. Subir escaleras y muchos puentes con maletas es muy complicado.

Great property, close to everything we wanted to see. Or room faced the small canal out back and had a great view. Breakfast was €10 each and included croissant if your choice, coffee of choice (cappuccino, latte, etc.), yogurt, juice and a few crackers and cookies. Only things I would have like to see added was some fresh fruit. Room was clean, spacious and in good repair including the bathroom.

Excellent location, lovely spacious room with very nice clean bathroom. Everything was close by. The check in process after 1 pm is a little confusing and if you don’t have a phone to contact the property manager I am not sure what you would do. Once we were sorted it all went beautifully.

La estancia es linda, pero nuestra habitación tenía un olor a tanque séptico, todo el día, en la noche era mucho más, además, tenía una epidemia de mosquitos toda la noche durante toda la estancia... Después, me pidieron que llegará en la mañana para hablar con la persona de la recepción, lo cual hice y pregunte si estaba todo en orden, conversamos y todo bien pero después enviaron un correo que se les olvido algo, escribí q nos viéramos luego y como solo trabajan en la mañana no se resolvió nada! Deberían tener a una persona disponible siempre q se necesite!

Quaint little hotel. Only had 6 rooms, very quiet and clean. Desk was only there a few hours a day but it worked well. Instructions were clear. Rooms were large and clean. The beds were comfortable, however the sleeper sofa mattress was thin and the bars uncomfortable but other than that everything was wonderful.

Le point faible est vraiment la literie, que j' ai trouvé très inconfortable. Et petit détail, le sèche cheveux qui est vraiment nul. Autre détail, pas de petit réfrigérateur. Autrement, l équipe est très sympathique, la chambre est grande, l emplacement top. Beau bâtiment avec une petite cour où il est autorisé de fumer. A 100 mètres du vaporetto.

Worst customer service ever

This was the rudest hotel I have ever encountered in all of my travels. They tried charging my credit card a month early, when my bank questioned this I called the hotel to remedy within 24 hours. Even though I didn't understand why they would even need my card yet. Anyhow, the owner still cancelled my room which i didn't know until when I arrived, I got a different room than I booked (I booked 9 months in advance.) On top of that I was left a note( since no one works at the front desk) to leave the property for the day and when I come back I'll be in another room (still not the one I originally booked. ) Myself and hotels.com tried to remedy with the hotel, but they just hung up on us both. Luckily, I got into another, very kind and well run hotel during my stay in Venice.
