We had a lovely room. The staff was polite. The room was kept clean. The shower was nice. We always had nice hot water, and good flush power. The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in the BEST location, and near to many shops and cafés.

Hotel staff extremely helpful with dinner recommendation and advice regarding public transportation (there was a general strike while we were there). Staff made an already delightful hotel and location (a few minutes from Rialto Bridge) over the top. Dinner recommendation was the best we had in Venice and one of the top during our stay in Italy.

Nice hotel under 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge. Lots of restaurants bakeries and shopping close by. Small grocery store just outside the hotel. One negative was a very hard mattress but with so other positive things about this place including the reasonable price we give it a 9/10!

Ideal location as a short walk to Rialto Bridge and a 15 to 20 min walk to St. Marks Square. Staff friendly and room clean, only comment would be the mosquitos and they need to find a remedy to this problem but i think its quite an issue for other hotels as well (from talking to other tourists). Good stay overral and if you are out constantly this place is ideal just to rest your head from a day of exploring.

Room was warm. There was air conditioning, but it blew out warm air, so we probably did not set it correctly. Staff was awesome, very helpful and kind. Very unique path to hotel. We loved it, some may not, but we were in Venice to sight see, not sit in our hotel room. Overall we’d give it a 9

The room was clean amd comfortable. Thebhotel was in thebheart of venice. The location was perfect. The staff was feiendly and they were all very accommodating. The first time you go there, you may need to ask directions. It can be difficult to find. But once you know, its easy peasy. We had a wonderful stay including adding an extra day. Venice is gorgeous.

Fabulous location, it was easy to get to from the airport by local bus and boat. Best place for breakfast round the corner. Room was basic but clean. I would stay here again and recommend.
You can get a gondola across for €2 just by the fish market near the hotel.
The palace is worth a visit. You walk over the Bridge of Sighs.
Fluffy Brunch for breakfast. 1 min from hotel.
