It was bad. So small room, small beds, so small shower cabin. We had to pay for city tax and for the luggages we left at the hotel for a short time.

smallest toilet I have ever been. The bowl is not just in front of me, it’s too near my knees are hitting the sink. shower is too narrow, my elbow is hitting the walls!

A great spot in Mestre station

The room was pleasant, clean and rather spacious, with everything working well. Location was very convenient just five minutes walk from Mestre train station, a rather convenient solution than the most expensive Venice options. Breakfast finishes at 09:30 which is too early for a holiday and check out at 10:00 which again I find too early. Internet was good except Saturday that they said it was fully booked so didn’t quite work . Overall a good option for its category.

Being on a main road the noice from outside is very loud. The hotel should really invest in new windows since the ines the currently have are fairly old. Also the tv doesn't work properly as apparently being close to a train interferes with the ariel. I think the hotel failed to invest in new tvs giving the recent change in the arial system in italy. Also the volume of the tv is extremely low if you are lucky enough to be able to watch something for more than 2 minutes. Breakfast on the poor side too everything is sewwr and the parties are of bad quality. Shame because the hotel could actually have a lot of potential

Conveniently located and decently looking hotel

Considering the nice price I paid, I can live with the imperfections of my room like non-opening window (but that wasn't such a bad idea, because it was a ground floor room facing the parking, and it had air conditioning, which compensates enough) or the room "shape" (long and narrow) - and of course this was OK for a one night during a long layover, not for a longer stay. What I particularly didn't like, was the check-out time - while not everywhere the standard 12:00 is honored, still 10:30 is a bit too early. But that was something one can live with, especially when in Venice. Again for a first time I was asked to pay a small fee for storing my luggage for a few hours after check-out, but again, considering the room price this was hardly a problem. The best thing however is the location - 5 minutes walk from Mestre train station and 1 minute from a bus stop taking you to the bus station in Venice in less than 20 minutes, every 15 minutes. I really hope they also have more normal rooms, because the hotel actually looks nice, and I could say it even has some style.

I was accommodated in room for handicapped people. That by itself is not a problem if hotel is fully booked and at check in they kindly inform me about the fact. That would have been polite. The problem with the room is another: it is a corridor turned into room with emergency exit to the road, that was locked. So I slept in the corridor and in case of fire I could not go out. I hardly believe that room is legal at all. And I felt unsafe as anybody could break the glass door from the street and get into. I am in hotel business and able to accept value for money but this hotel claims 3 stars and charges money for a building, room and breakfast that are at the level of 1 maybe 2 stars. Not fair. Not fair at all. The entire building is neglected and breakfast is poor, poor, poor.

Hôtel super bien placé, très bon rapport Q/P

Hôtel super bien placé à côté de la gare de Mestre. Idéal pour aller à Venise en 15min ou Vérone en 1h15. Hôtel très propre! Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles, très bien pour un petit séjour entre amis ou jeune couple. Il y a un accueil 24/24 qui nous a accueilli sans problème à notre arrivée à 2h30 du matin. 2 défauts à noter, mais qui n’ont pas affecté grandement notre avis sur l’hôtel, la salle de bain est extrêmement petite! Mieux vaut ne pas être trop gros. Et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Perfecto, el Hotel lindo, limpio y ordenado. El cuarto cómodo. Pero me molestó que tuve que pagar €1 por dejar mis maletas en el lobby ya que el check in era a las 3pm y llegué a las 10am. Entiendo que siendo cliente y que pagué un cuarto con ellos no cobren dicho cargo. Nunca me había pasado en ningún hotel. De lo demás super bueno. Gracias.

The worst ever experience.

This is a terrible hotel. I can't understand why hotels.com still works with this hotel. I understand that rooms are not always as you see it on photos. But the room was completely from another dimension. The ventilation was dirty. Don't think that it is safe to breathe there. Walls are in terrible condition. It is very noisy in the room and it is not possible sleep there. Also insects in the bathroom. Really the worst hotel from my personal experience.

Una garanzia

Non è la prima volta che scelgo questo hotel. La posizione, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Mestre ,ma al tempo stesso sufficientemente lontana da evitare i disagi tipici di una zona stazione, ne fanno un punto di riferimento ogni volta che devo fermarmi a Mestre . Il servizio è sempre cortese e puntuale e le camere sempre in ordine e pulite .... Insomma, per una garanzia.
