This hotel exceeding our expectations, and may be our new favorite luxury hotel in Venice. The rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Nice and quiet at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and outgoing and breakfast was delicious. It’s in a great location in the middle of luxury shopping, and close enough to the sites and good restaurants. It feels more like a boutique hotel because of the smaller size. I can’t say enough about this charming hotel.

Superb location! Seamless communication and arrangement from arrival to departure. The facility was very clean. This is our child’s favorite hotel, they prepared a twin size bed for her in our suite, along with her own little robe and slippers that just made the her whole stay beyond amazing!

This was the best hotel of our vacations in Italy. The staff was extraordinary, especially Sylvia at the front desk. The room was spectacular with a terrace in front of the San Marco Tower, refined decor and amenities. The Library Bar has great drinks and an amazing vibe and the restaurant (the former Venice stock exchange building) has first class service and food. It is a mix of elegant/modern components that make this hotel unique and different from other Venetian classic and famous hotels, that feel more like staying in an old castle. Hope we are back soon.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms had few places to put your stuff and most of the shelves and tables were occupied by unnecessary books and ornaments we don't need. The location was great near many of the designer stores and main tourist areas.
