"A wonderful building with clean, comfortable and well equipped suites. There was a little mix up with our room allocation but it was resolved promptly. Staff are friendly and efficient. Its minutes from the beach and about ten minutes to the train station so is an ideal base for exploring surrounding Tuscan towns. We will definitely stay again "

The front desk lady who checked us in ( forgot her name) offer her parking spot if we couldn't find street parking. We did find parking behind the hotel. This was very thoughtful of her. "The hotel was welcoming and offered many options a for different types of travelers. I was traveling solo this time and they were so very accommodating and helpful as it was my first time visiting. They provided easy solutions to my questions, and also we always so kind in passing and in working together in the lobby, restaurant, or room services. They have other facilities that time did not warrant my use this time but look amazing including beach access, a gym, and pool. Will need to see if I can bring the family another time to enjoy all the amenities. The rooms have such thoughtful and charming touches like mini fridge and kettle, coffee and tea services and spacious closet space. Parking is abundant on the surrounding streets that they will validate which is amazing. "
