"We had a wonderful experience 10/10,the staff was amazing specially Harrison from Lakeview restaurant. Everything about our experience was unforgettable in the best way. The view from our room was breathtaking! Can’t wait to go back and definitely stay at the Fairmont."
"We had a comfortable stay and my comment is in no way a reflection on the staff at all. They were fabulous and keep the place spotless. However it should be noted that the cabins are very basic and dated and that the price you are paying are way too high. Our cabin was the cheapest at nearly $900 a night and didn’t even have a balcony. Wifi didn’t work in there either. You are paying extortionate prices simply for location."
"Room was exactly as described - clean and comfortable! The staff were super helpful, making sure our two bookings were combined into a consecutive stay. Great location for reaching all the area's attractions!"
"This place was a fun cabin amongst a group of cabins. My wife and I like to hike and were pleasantly surprised to discover that we could hike to Lake Louise right from the cabin. It was about a 15-minute hike up the road and then we hiked up to the Tea House at Lake Louise, about an hour and a half one way, for a magical experience. The fireplace was gas and was used to heat the cabin. Not the romantic fireplace I was expecting but very functional for heat...it was controlled by the thermostat. We loved the bathtub and used it to soak in after our days of hiking! After seeing the Fairmount Hotel at the Lake, and how crowded it was with tourists during the day, I'm glad we didn't choose to spend our money staying there and stayed here instead."
"What a wonderful stay, I don't even know where to begin. Fist, check in was simple, very nice people. Once in our suite... wow...the views from the balcony were amazing. Waking up to falling snow in the mountains with snow covered evergreens has been checked off the bucket list. The walk to Lake Louise was simple and only a 15-20 minute hike. We loved all the amenities from the pour over coffee in the room to the ability to cook our own food. We did take out one evening as well, and that was delicious. The suite was spacious for a family of 4 especially being as you're in the mountains, very clean and well kept care of. Would highly recommend and would love to return. Thank you for our wonderful stay! Also... if you're looking to beat the crowds of the day. Hike back over to Lake Louise in the evening for a relaxing, peaceful, and still lake to see all its beauty. Definitely a plus to staying here!"
"Great property! Situated in a quiet area close to the Chateau, the property has great atmosphere complemented by comfortable beds, great amenities, a nice kitchen, and the very nice touch of complimentary granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast.
We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait until we return.
The front desk staff and the property owners went above and beyond when one of our friends had a skiing accident during the stay. Thank you!"
