"The person at the office when we arrived was so rude and gave us a really hard time because our flight was delayed and we arrived at 6:10pm Everyone else were super nice!! The room was not very cleaned, trash was left from previous guests underneath the sink. I even found a dirty sock next to the bed"

"This location was amazing. We were right across the piazza from the Pantheon. Crowded and noisy area, but the windows blocked out most of the noise. Rooms were very small and basic. The only thing we didn't like is that the cleaning staff would start very early in the morning and their closet was across the hall from our room. We could hear them moving things around and talking VERY LOUDLY. That was hard to wake up to every morning. Most of the staff were very helpful and gave recommendations for places to eat and how to get somewhere. This is a very walkable area to get to a lot of places. If you want to go to the Trevi Fountain, go very early in the morning before the crowds."

"A very nice hotel in Trastevere, the restaurant area of Rome. Lots of good restaurants around and very walkable day and night. And with a 25 minute walk across the river, you’re in the middle of old Rome. The rooftop is very nice for an afternoon drink and maybe dinner (haven’t eaten there)."

"This hotel was perfect location to walk to all the major attractions like the Trevi fountains, Pantheon, and colosseum. Short bus ride to Vatican. Staff was very helpful and there was a lot to choose from for breakfast at 15 euros per person. Definitely would stay at hotel again."
