"It’s a good little hotel with very clean and affordable rooms (at least off season). The older gentleman staffing the desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite central to see the old town though just a tad far to walk from a metro station with luggage on cobblestones or narrow sidewalks. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but it’s an old building so when there is sound outside you hear it. The old stone walls were quaint. The bathroom was nicely renovated, hot...

"Stayed here for only one night. It was a rainy day so unfortunately having the view of the river was not as nice as we would have wanted. Can’t choose the weather, though! It is a lovely hotel in a great area of Vieux Lyon, just around the corner from a really good wine bar. Went downstairs for coffee - it was delicious - and we had it with some praluline we bought the day before! "

"Great location in old Lyon. We got a “family” room which was 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms, 1 with a king bed and one with 2 single beds a small table and chairs - perfect for me and my 2 daughters. Nicely updated room, air conditioning and nice bathrooms. The building is beautiful . Liked the water station to refill bottles and the option to have breakfast if we wanted. The stag was friendly and helpful, they reserved a cab for us to get back to the train station. Walkable to a lot of the sites,...
