"The parking and entry area is under construction 2-their elevator system is broken and was not repaired during our stay, 3- we were put in a room on the fourth floor to which we needed to carry our bags to ( up five flights of stairs ). 4- When we finally got to our room, it was incredibly hot( no one had checked the room prior to our arrival for temperature control). 5- When we asked for a/c to be turned on, the women at reception was unable to do so and was waiting for a service person to...

"Very nice hotel with a great views! Room was very comfortable and very clean. Nice floors and bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great! Marcelo was the best of all the staff! So friendly and pleasant which we appreciated so much being a guest in your lovely country."

"Great location on the beach, excellent breakfast"

"Such a beautiful hotel and lovely staff! Thank you all"

"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...

"Nice hotel. Good location just off the beach & main road. Would stay again."

"Alles was goed geregeld. Goede ligging."

"Um hotel luxuoso, confortável e com um buffer de café da manhã maravilhoso. Estacionamento no local. Tivemos uma noite de sono tão boa que acordamos quase 10 da manhã. A localização è excelente, bem no centro mas sem barulho ao redor."

"Great location and lovely apartment"

"Lovely property, the room was huge! Breakfast was pretty good. The outside bar and breakfast area was so pretty and was very close to the beach. If we had known how nice it was we would have booked an extra night."

"Personal muy atento y disponible. Buen desayuno"

"The view was amazing."

The negatives — Beach service and food choice at the beach was underwhelming and not what I am accustomed to in a luxury beach accommodation. Went to dinner in the hotel the first night and did return. Staff are not properly trained. Our server was pompous. It’s a really bad idea to lecture guests about the quality of...

"Very clean and pleasant hotel. The setting is unusual as it’s upstairs in a shopping centre but it’s really nice inside. The breakfast was fantastic. Nice coffee."
