"The hotel was clean and neat and had a nice corner room, but it was noisy as my room faced the club across the street. The hotel does provide earplugs and a white noise machine and fellow hotels.com reviewers and the hotel itself in the lobby warn about the noise. Biggest issue that could have really ruined my entire trip was the front desk attendant who checked me in. I needed to use their parking garage across the street, and the card they gave me did not scan properly at the garage and directed me to contact the operator, so in my rental car, I had to dangerously back the car out of the single lane and into the traffic on a busy city street. When I went back to the attendant, she had a bit of an attitude, and intimated that I was in the system, but then she scanned the same card and gave the same card back to me, and then the card scanned properly across the street. When she checked me in, she was also on the phone, so I don’t know if she accidentally did not scan the card or if it’s a computer issue, but either way that could present a real problem to your guests and present a perilous situation. The front desk attendant was NOT Tianna, she was really sweet and checked me out. Your other hotel employees that I encountered were courteous at all times, and you need to investigate why that happened or you could be a contributing party to an accident. I was pissed when I saw the parking charge go through."

"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete bunker before letting you emerge up stairs to the sidewalk. The elevator broke down during my stay, and I could not find a nearby stairwell to climb to my floor. I wandered for 15 minutes (not an exaggeration) looking for an alternate elevator or stairwell. There are no "You are here" maps. The building is fairly close to a grocery store, which was convenient. Public transportation was about a 5 block walk. There is a nice parking garage on the premises. The room layout out is fairly good, with a full fridge, range, and microwave. Kitchen is furnished with minimal but sufficient utensils. I think the knife block is for show because they were all exceptionally dull. The shower provided bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've experienced. Kudos! Good size closet, and laundry facilities are in another closet. The virtual help desk was easy to text, and they had very positive attitudes."

"The hotel is quiet and very conveniently located (20 mins walk from convention center and a stones throw from several breweries). The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and have good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a.nice bar area and dining section that looked nice. The only limitations is that the rooms are small and don't come with a chair or space to work/eat. The gym is in the basement oddly located past the housekeeping work space and is relatively minimally equipped."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Every part of this home is elegant and well thought out. The house was spotless and the owner included things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, a first aid kit, and other things that make your stay more comfortable. The beds were very cozy and the location was serene, but only about 10 minutes from the downtown area. The host was always attentive and quick to respond at all times of the day. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Raleigh."
