It is ideally situated in the Cornish hamlet of Little Petherick. Footpaths lead in all directions down the creek to the river and along the waters edge to Padstow. The Saints Way, a famous walk, runs directly outside the cottage linking the north and south coast. Just 10 minutes by car you are in Padstow, with its winding streets, quaint fishing harbour, excellent pubs and restaurants. There are several sandy beaches close by. Ideal at any time of year, with high efficiency electric storage heaters, this is a cosy base to return to after a day exploring the area. Shops 3 miles, pub 1 mile.
