"The hotel is a new build and is in a great location, short walk to two stations and Barangaroo. I stayed for business with my partner and we both enjoyed the accommodation and location. If you are a light sleeper it is in the middle of the CBD so sirens and traffic noise should be expected but is minimal. Food at the restaurant was great and the drinks are reasonably priced, will use this facility again."

"It was good but would have expected better. Firstly there was a problem seemingly caused by Expedia - we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child in a single room. But the Expedia confirmation only said 2 adults. Confusing and ended up resolving it at the hotel without too much hassle. Good service tbh. Acoustic separation between rooms was a problem. All nights we were there we were disturbed by our neighbour the other side of the locked interconnect door. 2 different neighbours (one very shouty person, one crying baby) Breakfast was very comprehensive in terms of plenty of options but all bad. Toast was good. Fruit was tasteless. Coffee mediocre. Omelette cooked to order was undercooked and inedible. Cooked breakfast was OK but much like you might expect at a more budget hotel - stuff sitting in metal containers for ages. Bed was really comfortable, the shower was excellent and the room clean which honestly are the main requirements of a hotel. So on the absolute basics it did really well."

"Great location. Room ok - chose a queen suite to have some room to move in. Bed and bathroom clean. Fittings, furnishings etc very jaded with woodwork and decor in need of substantial repair - I guess it's what makes it affordable. Thought I'd enjoy a bath in the elegant tub, but the water ran brown with rust - clearly no-one had ever used it, or checked it in recent times. Staff quite absent most of the time, and not the most welcoming when present. Try asking for a coffee at five to seven in the morning! Strange cupboard in living room with a packet of crisps in it together with a 'Smile You're On Camera' sign !! Felt like a lodger rather than a guest. Altogether quite funky, not always in a good way."
