"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great — within easy walking distance to Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace, with plenty of options for breakfast, dinner, and shopping. "The home is absolutely beautiful, spacious and is well stocked with everything you would need. My family and I spent so much time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view and the pool. We utilized the access to the Mauna Lani Fitness Center as well as their beach which was perfect for snorkeling. We had paddle boards delivered to the property that we used right off the beach in front. The water was so calm. The coffee and the malasadas from the food trucks on the corner of Hwy 19 were delicious! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend a stay here."

"The location is amazing. A quiet neighborhood with a sandy beach, sunset views, tide pools, coral and lava reefs, artistic driftwood, and shade trees. The house has good bones and everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. It felt like a home away from home. The grounds are immaculate, colorful, and welcoming to wildlife.2 Papaya's went above and beyond to facilitate our family needs (Thank you Mary!!)."

"Everything was outstanding. Thank you to the owner, Andrew and our local contact, Leah for making everything perfect. The home and the grounds had everything, felt just like home, down to the Toto toilets, Sonos sound system and home automation. With 9 adults ages mid 30's to early 70's plus four kids under 10, there was plenty of room and spaces for everyone to relax and the kids be active. Nearby beaches were good and groceries available nearby. We all had a great time and expect to book again next year."

"The Treadwell House was perfect for our family group of 5 adults and four teenagers.Leilana was an amazing host who responded immediately and helpfully to our questions and requests. The location, a short distance off the highway, to the secluded house, across the front lawn through a gate that led onto a perfect, beautiful beach, with clear sparkling water conducive to snorkling, could not have been better. West facing, the house delighted us with spectacular sunsets every evening.The kitchen and living room provided ample spaces for conversation or quiet reading, as we chose. The spacious deck which opened out from the kitchen/living room was large and perfect for gathering at all times of the day and night.Nearby stores were easy to reach and a midweek trip inland to the Waimea Farmers Market introduced us to fresh locally grown food and to the friendly local farmers.Yes, there were geckos in the house but we soon got used to them. If you're looking for ostentation, luxury and crowds this is not for you - if you're looking for a thoughtfully designed, inviting, comfortable, charming well-equipped family home on the beach, consider the Treadwell House. A unique experience in every way."

"We had a wonderful family time on this so comfortable property. The house is very modern with many conveniences, including bidet toilets and a quirky elevator. The property managers were on-the-spot helpful when we had any issues. There are two single kayaks for you to use. We rented a few more so everyone could go out on the bay. The kitchen was more than fully stocked with food staples, cooking and baking tools, and kitchen gadgets. We highly recommend this house as a perfect location for any big family get-together!"
