"Well maintained unit? Beautiful views and ample room for a family. I loved that they have fans in all the rooms with manual fans for extra air. Umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs saved us money on rentals. Only caution is the pickleball court stays busy all day so if you want to play, you may have to wait for a spot. Also, the winds are high in evening, which might bother light sleepers on upper floor bedroom. But beach waves are audible which is amazing for sleep!This is Hawaii -sometimes you’ll see bugs, small lizards and such but that’s just their way of saying Aloha!"

"DO NOT stay in room #133. I don’t fault the staff becuase it’s their job to maintain housekeeping but room #133 is right next to the maintenance room and staff lounge. Other than that the staff was very friendly and amenities were great."

"Our stay was amazing! The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It was conveniently located near a variety of great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local area. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beautiful view each morning was the perfect way to start the day.The owner was responsive, friendly, and communicated promptly whenever we had questions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.I highly recommend this property, especially for families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Nice property right on the ocean. The beach wasn’t the best for swimming due to a lot of coral and wood debris but it was great for walking the shore. The condo was great, the pool was great. It was nice to have laundry facilities. No AC but a wonderful Maui breeze at night. It was warmest in the afternoon in the main area, but the breeze did a good job keeping the air moving, if not cool. Easy parking."

"We absolutely loved it. We traveled with our kiddo and the pool is his favorite part.The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler, all the kitchen things and more. The downside to having everything needed in the kitchen is that there isn't anywhere to put pantry food items. We had to rearrange cups to fit bread, cereal and pasta.Location was perfect. There are coffee shops and other stores within a 15 minute walk. Getting to other cities is easy from the condo as well.Parking lot is tight but we didn't have any issues with our Honda Pilot rental. There are beautiful plumeria trees in the lot and cute geckos running around.The building manager, Stephen, helped us inflate some balls for the pool and chatted with us a bit. He was very friendly and welcoming!"

"This was a great place, on the beach with a pool, to stay at. Everything was clean and as advertised. Communication was excellent with our host and we knew exactly what to expect. We had no issues with our stay and would gladly stay here again."
