"Checkin, got #303. No elevator, no toilet paper, no sundries or soap, HVAC only had the fan work, nothing else, no chair for the little desk, broken luggage support, no outlet not in use that was easy to reach, no water bottles, 2 pillows, Lombard street traffic pretty loud, parking, but limited (not for all units.) But good location, and pretty cheap. You get what you pay for. "

"The hotel was a historic building with lots of charm. Very friendly attentive service upon walking in made check in a breeze. Room was clean, comfy but a little loud being not on the 2nd floor and facing a busy street. Toilet paper took a few minutes to find but otherwise the room was great. The sheets were soft and the bed comfy. While we didn’t go in the pool, we walked out to check it out and it looked very beautiful and clean. Great location and would happily choose to stay there again."

"Parking horrible had to pay extra needed ground floor room im handicapped and they only have 2 rooms for handicap people so the extra pay was for their so called deluxe rooms , what a joke"

"They stored our luggage when we arrived early. They helped with towels etc when needed. But mostly, everyone was super nice and the entire place felt calm after a day out."

"The location is great. It was quiet and the sheets were soft. Everything else was sub par. The bed was mushy. The grout in shower was moldy/mildew. The room smelled stale. The curtains were dirty. There was large patches of unpainted spackle on the walls. No hair dryer. Spend the extra money to get a good night sleep. I was too scared to look for bed bugs. I figured if I got bit, I would just burn everything. Fortunately, we didn't. So, they have that going for them. "
