"Love love love the pool. The location is amazing, super convenient walk to Queen St and QPAC, Southbank. Great restaurants on L4. Would highly recommend. A must visit when in Brisbane!!! Special thabks to Guest Services and Valet staff....super efficient and attentive!"

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"Overnight stay only. Convenient to hospital I attended. Room was good but lacked blockout blinds in bathroom, so early daylight was issue. Didn't like the glass separation between bathroom and bed. Noisy area around hotel."

The kitchen had the basics - could do with some more utensils. Some minor repairs required (door handles, lamps). The host was prompt in her communication and very kind. We had an enjoyable stay. "
