"Shower was broken, would not turn on. Called down, they told me I probably wasn't doing it correctly. I was pulling, and the handle is marked pull. They told me to pull harder, the handle was going to fall off if we pulled any harder. I asked for someone to come assist, they said there wasn't anyone that could do that (there were two of them at the desk). I asked for another room they said they were full. No one offered to help. Asked for a manager, they were also unavailable. Got up the next morning, asked for the manager they said he wasn't there. I left my number and asked for him/her to call me, no call back. The only thing they offered was for me to shower in the pool area which is only a curtain, you know while everyone swims around you. "

"The hotel is beautiful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room wasn't ready because I needed a roll in shower. They offered another type of roo., but we said that we would come back. When we came back, the lady asked my last name and she immediately knew who I was. Then the desk manager saw me and said she was glad I was back. Later when I had to get snacks and drinks in the shop by the registration desk, the guy offered to help get my drinks from the cooler and bag everything up for me. The original lady that was trying to check us in earlier, she saw me and asked how my friend was doing in the hospital. I couldn't believe she would remember me telling her, 7 hours ago, that my family traveled up there to see our friend who was in the hospital! The room was large, clean, bathroom was large and clean. The mattress was soft and the covers were, too. Nice stay. You have to pay $10 for parking and breakfast is not included. They have a buffet at an additional cost. We didn't have that."

"Almost everything was great. The staff was excellent. The breakfast is well done. The property and room were very clean and well kept. My almost is due to the high level of chemicals in the pool. My kiddo swims a BUNCH in pools and lakes and this is the first time her skin and eyes got VERY red. The smell of the chlorine was also very strong. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool-but only opted to use it once due to the potency of the chemicals. But REALLY everything else was very good. I would stay here again. Hopefully they get the chems under control."
