"Excellent location and an amazing stay! The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"An upgrade was requested for a better room. I was moved 1 floor down to a premium room as I didn't like the look of the ceiling. The view was not much different as it was only 2 doors down on the lower floor. The new room hand towels in the bathroom had dirty brown stains. When I wiped my face the towels had an awful smell. On entering the bathroom the toilet seat was up as though someone had used the bathroom. The pillow cases on the bed were not clean. They were just turned over to the other side. The housekeeper at the previous room before moving prior did a far better job with the cleaning. Staff were friendly. Lounge was great. Beautifully decorated hotel"
