The room is very clean and it has everything you need. Having a kitchen is a big win. The team is very lovely people. The Kep Paradise! I want to come every year just to chill here. "Lovely spot in a quiet area. Nice view of the sea, great pool to use. Enjoyed the balcony. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The shower was hot. The WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was nicely done - fruit and coffee and choice of entree (pancakes or crepe or omelette or fried egg or fried rice or a few other things). Room was clean. Shirt walk to a beach or restaurants. Would happily stay again. "

"Very nice and decent hotel that is about 20 minutes walk from beach. Staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. Pool and parking was very easily accessible. Great experience."

" Pros - beautiful gardens, lush vegetation, tropical big leaf and tall trees, Instagram perfect - rooms are big, comfortable, silent, outdoor showers have powerful water pressure, and villas are spread far apart. Amazing. - no mosquitos (sealed doors before dinners, net over the bed) - outstanding staff, attentive, friendly, good English, good recommendations. Kudos to the GM Jonathan, also super friendly and present, a well run establishment! - massive swimming pool, smartly designed, deep where needed and shallow in places, ideal for lazying in it on hot days - restaurant has good selection of food, specials and healthy options, great service staff Cons - beach. Tiny, dirty (plastics from the sea) and murky dark waters. Not usable at ALL. - else, I'm struggling to find any other negatives! Date of stay: April 2025, Villa D3 There's no good or bad villa - all the same. Get a motorbike and go to Kep, crab market, La Plantation pepper farm - go hiking. "
