"Breakfast very good, items replenished when asked. Bar meals, small choice but very good. Unfortunately the coffee served at the bar was not, flat white cold and weak, black Americano hot but very weak & watery. However, coffee & hot chocolate from machine at breakfast was excellent! Staff friendly & reception very welcoming. Did not eat in restaurant as menu not to all of out tastes. Towels in room large & soft, bed comfy. Grounds beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating too. "

"Absolutely fabulous we stayed in a family room (5 of us) absolutely every we needed in the room kitchen with everything in it. Could not complain about anything the kids had a wonderful stay not far from city centre on top of everything. "

"Very dated and worn and not very clean. No welcoming "items' at all, just old long opened leftover coffee etc. Outside lights not working properly. Live TV only accessible by trawling through apps. "
