"Common areas are ok but bedroom was awful. Tiles falling off the wall in n bathroom. Grubby carpets , corridor carpets with holes in ! Very minimal facilities in room. Well overpriced for a very poor hotel. No EV charger - was directed to a Tesco some distance away. Food fine. "

"Did not appreciate being woken at 8am by the cleaner when i was working nights and only saying for 1 night why would u need to come in at 8am when i was checking out 11!!"

"The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected."

Everything was thought of ...tea, coffee, milk, dishsoap,shampoo,soap, even laundry pods!!!! Absolutely worthwhile.. wish we had known about this with our many visits to Guildford previously - would have avoided some horrors!Rent with no trepidation and full expectation of perfect!"
