"Clean and a great staff"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor. The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable. "Ok place if you absolutely just need a place to crash for the night. The entire motel had a weird stench from the moment you enter all the way to the room. Toilet was broken and had to open it up to get the water to refill the tank. Loud barking from big dogs in other rooms. When you walked past the doors, they would bark, growl,and scratch the door. I heard them make small children cry and terrified to walk past the doors. I didn't notice there was not a mini-fridge in the rooms. I had...

"safe parking. AC worked wonderfully. Clean fresh room"

"Fitness center not available, elevator down, and vending looked like it had stuff in it from the early 2000’s. Do not recommend staying there."

"Air conditioner wasn't working making our room 75 degrees. Exhaust fan in bathroom never worked. Hotel had a musty smell or cigarette smell. Washer and Dryer are so old that that they barely did the job. Dryer was the worse. Always had to go ask for towels and toilet paper. Garbage was not taken one day. Just plain out disgusting hotel."
