"Great from the location, to the service received from everyone I encountered. Hotel was in a great location walking distance from Restaurants, Bars, Broadway shows and so much more. Room was clean and comfortable. Small for my taste but typical NY hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I love the art deco styling of this classic hotel! You don't see architecture or details like this in newer properties. The staff was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge desk could not have been nicer or more helpful with suggestions on restaurants, directions, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC."

"Second time staying here in the last two months and third for my husband. This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help. We travel often to NYC and had stayed at many hotels but Lotte Palace has become our favorite hotel in NYC we will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is in a great location near Times Square and Rockefeller Plaza, good walking distance to Broadway shows. Staff was helpful and a housekeeper was kind to follow up on my request for more washcloths. Liked the elevator set up for going to our rooms but we usually took the stairs going down because it was hard to catch an elevator that wasn’t full when going down so we gave up. The rooms were quiet except the doors weren’t soundproof and we could hear the door for the stairs slamming. "
