"We received a 35 dollar per room restaurant credit but as we were only staying one night we wanted to use it the next morning for breakfast. When we requested this the next morning the receptionist refused and checked us out immediately. Also charging for luggage storage is something I have never experienced in all my travels."

"Horrible, Horrible!! I arrived at 5pm. My room was not ready. I went and had dinner. After dinner which was approximately 8pm and my room was not ready!!!! I was upgraded to a suite however when I entered the room it was a sauna. The air conditioning unit never worked consistently. For the next 2 days I needed to call 3 times per day to get air and finally on the third day I was moved to a different room. I was not provided a refund for 1 night stay as promised by management. Not a good value for your money. The images of the lobby look great. Do not be deceived."

"This was a great hotel. The location was close to everything. The staff was so helpful, the room was spacious and quiet. The property was well maintained…,clean, beautiful lobby, never had to wait long for the two elevators. They were so good about storing our bags compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in the theatre district. Highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed."
