"The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Terrific customer service. There was one issue with the room. There was a gouge in the flooring right in the middle of the hallway as you enter the room. It caused a raised area that could have cut bare feet. We informed the front desk and they quickly sent someone to evaluate. They couldn't fix it while we occupied the room so they gave us the option to switch rooms. Since we had already unpacked, we chose to stay in the room and just put a shoe over it for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff were very responsive and did all they could to remedy the situation."

"Starting with the location, fantastic. Steps from the train station, central to everything. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The reception was extremely helpful whenever asked. Finally, the breakfast will fill you with good quality food."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location along the river! The front desk staff is very helpful- made reservations for us at a nice restaurant as well as helped us get tickets for the local music festival. Complimentary welcome Prosecco in the bar was a very nice treat."
