"We were really interested in all the stuff to do within the resort but quickly were discouraged at the insane prices to eat. Highly recommend leaving the hotel to go get"

"We checked in a little after 8:00 pm on a Thursday and waited in line for almost an hour even though there were only 4 people in front of me. There was only one person helping to check people in. I saw a few employees come and go in that space, but none of them stepped in to help check people in and the line just got longer and longer. I would have checked in using the kiosks, but we had two rooms and kids with us, and needed the rooms to be next to each other, so standing in line was my only option. I like staying at this hotel, but will seriously consider whether I stay there or somewhere else the next time I am in Vegas. It left a very bad impression."
