Newly furnished and freshly painted year round 2BR condo located in the Beach Dreams Condominium complex on Route 1 in Wells. This ideal location is within close proximity to Drakes Island, Wells Beach, North Beach, Foot Bridge Beach and Ogunquit's Main beach. When you arrive you'll be less than a mile from restaurants, mini golf, go karts and retail stores. Hannaford shopping plaza and the Wells Cinema
are also located nearby. Ogunquit Center is 2 miles to the south and offers nightlife, quaint shops and eateries. The unit is equipped with updated appliances, granite counters , central a/c, washer and dryer, wi-fi and Direct TV for streaming live network television including NESN. On site amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse with exercise equipment, game room, tennis and bocce courts. If you choose to venture out of the immediate area Portland is 33 mi to the north, Old Orchard Beach is 25 miles to the northeast and Kennebunk/Kennebunkport are both a short distance north along Route 1. We had a wonderful week in Ogunquit! Zoe is very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean and heated! I think we swam in it every day of our stay and it was never very crowded. There is also a small game room near the pool that the kids loved. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy

The property was generally clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and amenities. Just enough room for our small family; myself, husband, and toddler. We love that it had a washer and dryer. The pool area was nice and spacious and we enjoyed our time swimming. Nice spot, thank you!

Wonderful family beach getaway!!

We loved this cute little condo, which was clean, newly painted and furnished, and centrally located to Wells and Ogunquit beaches. We particularly enjoyed the river side of Ogunquit Beach, which had convenient weekday afternoon hourly parking in the public lot across from the Norseman Resort (though I'm guessing lot might have been full if we had gone in the morning), and where you can bring your floaty and float along the lazy river on the incoming tide. Zoe was really helpful with restaurant and beach suggestions and very responsive to questions. The place is small, as you can cee in photos, but the sliding glass door between the living room and the rest of the condo really helps (especially if you have teenagers who need space from their parents lol), and it had everything we needed, including a great grill! The second bedroom is very tight, so we would have preferred a full size (instead of queen) bed in there, but we managed to only stub out toes a couple of times LOL. We had a very happy and comfortable vacation and would definitely stay in this property again! :)

Wonderful holiday!

Was really pleased with the unit, location and property. It was exactly what I was looking for. Clean, modern and had all amenities in the place and on property that we needed. Can’t wait to book and return next summer.

Yessssssss!

We were hesitant to stay here because there were not any reviews. I am so happy we took a chance! The place was SPOTLESS. Fresh paint, new furniture and everything was in great condition. The owners went out of their way to make sure anything you could possibly need was there. If we forgot to bring anything, they had it covered. They also added very sweet touches (fresh flowers, a welcome sign and a card). We usually stay in Ogunquit; we enjoyed Wells just as much. The pool was great and we loved that there was also a kiddie pool for our baby. This is our new favorite place in Maine and we can’t wait to go back.
