This 2-bedroom cottage has 1 queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a sofa in the living area for an optional 5th person (Not a pullout). Unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Color Cable TV. Full shower in bath. Air Conditioned.

Cottage rentals available weekly, Saturday to Saturday only, during the summer season; 3-night off-season minimum.

We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
No refunds for early departures

This unit does not sleep 6

We had 3 adults and 3 twelve year old kids staying here and the listing advertised that 6 people can stay here, really only 4-5 people can. The unit has 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa that doesn’t pull out into a bed. One of us slept on the sofa and we had to get a cot for one of the kids. A partial refund would be nice in the amount of 300.00.

Coming Back!

We really had a great experience with this property. Very clean. Not fancy but had everything you would need. One space for parking so we just shuttled to train station for free overnight parking. 2 min walk to Wells Beach. We would certainly come back.
