"Very nice hotel, staff couldnt do enough. The lady who checked me in early, even helped with my luggage. Very nice, quiet hotel. About 15 mins from the city center. They even booked my cab for me. Which was 20 euros cheaper than from the airport. "

"A 5 star hotel should not ask you for 225 euros on your credit card in case you broke or stole something.If it must do that as a matter of policy it certainly should not pay the money into its account as it does and then return it to you 3 days later.In the meantime the conversion rate could have gone down.I know of no other 5 star hotel which behaves like this and I would not stay there again for that reason since it is already an expensive hotel. The nightly turn down service was also haphazard.It was done on 2 nights but not on the other two nights."

"The hotel is at a great location. Our room was clean and spacious, had a fantastic view of the canal. Hotel room amenities were great. Check in was slow. When tired after a long trip the lobby could be cleaner and more welcoming with seats. The first impression of the hotel is not good but the room was quite clean and spacious. Amenities great, nice coffee shop downstairs and very close to train station."
