"Checked in and found a pile of dirty towels and sheets left in the room from the previous guests. Shampoo container from shower was left on side of sink and was empty. Other containers in shower were also empty. Rest of the room and bathroom was clean, but hotel really needs a remodel. Only chose this hotel due to price and location."

"Nice hotel in a great location, very walkable. We had the corner studio suite. Perfect room for a bit longer stay like we had. Lots of room & space for your things. Nice secured parking lot. Good breakfast. Bar and restaurant available. We’ve stayed here a few times. It’s one of the places we always come back to."

"My stay at the Hotel Indigo was an incredible experience. The Staff are very Professional and kind individuals from the Front Desk to the Cleaning Staff and to the Staff working at the Eliza Restaurant. Always very helpful respectful. The Hotel has a Shuttle Service and 4 very excellent Drivers whom are all very knowledgeable of the city of Pittsburgh. I enjoyed my trips with them everyday while I was staying there. The food at the Eliza Restaurant was superb from Breakfast through Dinner. Excellent service. Keep up the great work. I definitely will be back to visit and stay Hotel again and will recommend the Hotel to friends and family. I give the the Hotel Indigo Five Stars in every category there is in the Industry. Thank you all for the Incredible stay there at the Hotel. I was there for an entire week from Friday to Friday. Thank you again to all the Staff at the Hotel Indigo in Pittsburgh for making my stay pleasant and relaxing."

"I had to find a place to stay that was close to the hospital. I came upon this hotel and was so thankful we did! They were more than nice at the front desk. Very friendly people. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever!"
