"Check in took 35 mins my room was in terrible condition flacking paint in bathroom human hair in bath shower and sink If you want to get a taxi or u er to the airport they have a new parking system took my uber 25 mins to get and the old system gave them 15 mins grace to pick up and get out , very stressful and a shambles avoid avoid avoid "

"The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress should have been changed some time ago. There was a big sag in the mattress. I expected a lot more from the hotel given the high cost of the room. One of the employees acted as if we were trespassing and followed us around...not sure why. The woman who checked us in at the front reception was excellent - which is why the hotel rating is not lower."

"We did not have breakfast. We had a main meal in the restaurant which was very nice. Nice large portion size’s especially the Tiramisu. The room was nice. Although personal preference i do not like dark wood. The staff were very professional and friendly."

"The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!"
