"Don’t bother paying for the buffet. I went for dinner on Sunday night and everything had been sitting on the line for so long they were adding hot water to some of the dishes to freshen them up rather than replace them with fresh food. The fried chicken was so dry that I couldn’t even bite into it. The desserts were mediocre at best. You’re better off going to the restaurant where you can get something made fresh. The rest of the stay was great. I had a nice large room with a great view of the dam and the river below. It was clean and comfortable. I did have to have maintenance come and change the filter for the air-conditioner because it probably hadn’t been changed in over a year and was completely caked up with lint, but they took care of that without hesitation. I like that the movie theatre is right there. All in all a good experience."

"First of all when we checked in the man that checked us in was rude when telling me he needed another card for a deposit for the room which I was not aware of. Second, our room was never attended to in any sort the whole time we were there. Third we called for bedding. It never showed up. We had to call back again and ask for it. A man showed up basically threw Sheets at me and I asked him for a blanket and told me have no blankets. And then when we checked out I asked about the deposit and the man said it should be about 7 to 10 days. If you're getting anything back and then I was charged another $85 and called back to ask about the charge and was hung up on three times. Never got an answer or call back when I left a message.. very disappointed in our stay... And we've stayed multiple times. Won't be back and passed the information along to others ."

"Customer service front desk, especially Derek are very nice, attentive and friendly. The rooms were kind of outdated they don’t do housekeeping so that was a downside short staff with housekeeping so that was a negative. most of the outlets in my room didn’t work. It had a bunch of extension cords, trying to connect all the power of the refrigerator or the TV together. The room had a musty smell, so I bought plug-ins and air fresheners and after my first day, the smell went away. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s really really close to accessing the lake. Really close to the Marina for the activities that we chose to do the weekend that we were there. Would I go back? Yes, I would go back because The price is great and the location of it is great. We were hardly in our rooms at all. We spent most of our time outdoors. Last thing is some of the areas in the hotel room are hot like the elevator the hallways and the public bathroom in the hotel is really hot. They have no AC."
