"We visited from SC to watch the RAMS play a home game. The manager I assume upgraded our room free of charge to where we could see the stadium and the overview of the city because we from out of town. We really appreciated that and was kind of him. I give the hotel a 10/10 overall. Will stay there again in the near future."

"Good price. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was big and clean. Elevators were fast. But several things are advertised incorrectly. They advertise free WiFi and BOGO drinks at the American bar onsite, both of those were not valid upon trying to use those promos."

"We have stayed at the Desert Palms twice now to visit Disneyland. What a great location, 15 min walk to the park and no crossing the street with littles! It's as a close as you can get to staying on Disney property without the $$$$. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs and requests. Check in/out was easy and smooth. Clean facilities, comfy beds, and very good selection at breakfast. My kids love the kids TV lounge off the lobby and the pool is conveniently located off the lobby as well. Desert Palms is top of the list for us when visiting Disneyland!"
