"Beautiful inside and out. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable"

"The corner suite was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the city and water. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all professional and courteous. The spa area was a bit disappointing—I was hoping to schedule a restorative treatment, but after visiting the spa floor, I decided to pass. The atmosphere wasn’t inviting, and the steam room was completely unusable—it smelled like mildew and old socks. I did inform the staff, so hopefully it will be...

"We stayed in late October the weekend of a Seahawks game. They jacked up the price because "the Seahawks were in town", but the hotel was NOT booked up, so why the extra price? Slept well, loved the breakfast, location, and friendly, helpful staff. At that time, when we went to get water from the "filtered water refill" machine, the filter probably had not been changed in ages, as the water tasted like old pipes and chlorine. I told them about it, and they said they'd have someone look at it,...

"Overall great hotel! Helpful staff, clean and modern and a great walkable location."

"great place to stay"

"Overall, clean establishment."

"There’s no sofa in the room; only a lounge chair and a desk chair. I’ve been staying with my son for two nights. My son sat on the lounge chair, and I used the desk chair. It was very uncomfortable. It was my first time staying in a hotel room without a sofa. Also, there was not a curtains for sleeping at the window. Good thing, you can wake up early."

"This is an old hotel with lots of character. Do not book if you cant use stairs, as there is only one small elevator that is also very old. The restaurant and bar is quaint with limited food options but great ambience. The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable."

"I would stay there again"

"Good view of space needle"

"Super kind staff, clean and such a relaxed atmosphere"

"We had a great stay before our 7 day Alaska cruise. The hotel staff was wonderful at check in and out. We will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Seattle."
