"Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied with the system and service. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the night due to the weather. I did take out the insurance.please contact me for any further information.very respectfully Mark Fuller"

"After the first 2 night, I found out the door to the room was not locking when we left. After I brought to the GM attention, she upgraded us to a different room immediately. Staff is top notch, definitely recommend staying here. Traffic a little congested, but we will be back again."
