"This is an amazing property! Very clean and inviting. Beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need to be comfortable here. Every kitchen tool and utensil you can think of. Keurig, toaster, blender. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, even beach towels. Huge bathrooms with shower and soaker tubs. Big portch and huge yard. Darts, pool table, even corn hole and a grill! 2 living rooms, TV in every room. Great wifi. "

"The house was very clean, all the appliances were in good working order, all the dishes in good condition. The area was very quiet and in a nice subdivision. Cape Coral traffic itself was messy (because of how the canals were built), but that didn’t take away from or enjoyment. If we go to Cape Coral again would definitely stay here. We went during a time when the pool was too cold to swim in, however the pool was very clean and well maintained. The fenced in yard also was nice, provided some privacy. Thank you!"

"we have been coming to cape coral for the past 12 years and this was by far the best house we have rented. the view you get walking in the front door and looking out through the living room, dinning area, kitchen and on into the family room just takes your breath away. the pool area is perfect with it being heated to over 80 made it so inviting to get into every day. and then there is the hot tub with its super warm water and bubbler to massage away all your aches and pain. the cleanliness' of the house was perfect. not one dust bunny was found. cleaning supplies were at the ready to pick up and cookie crumbs you may have drooped while snacking.we had a toddler visit for a few days and the supplies for caring for her were perfect. car seat, high chair and pack-play were all top notch quility pieces to usethe location of the house made it easy to get around town. a quick drive to the south and you were in downtown cape coral or go north to a couple miles and your on pine island road to good grocery stores and plenty of restraints we will keep this house on the top of our list in hopes of renting it again in the future. thanks carol for letting use your house for our vacation."

"Overall this place was adequate for our needs as we were in town for a wedding and primarily just needed a place to sleep in between wedding festivities. This house is pretty basic and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The living room couch is not very comfortable for lounging on. The beds themselves were comfortable and there was a large selection of pillows but there were no pillowcases provided for any of them. The bedrooms have minimal furniture in them - only a bed and nightstand in each. There is no furniture to unpack your belongings into nor is there anything to put your luggage on. The host seemed kind and available. We were notified when the property was available for us to access, and we were appreciative of the early check in. However, we had to wash the linens and bathrooms upon arrival as the cleaning job from the cleaning crew was not up to our standards. This place has great potential, and the location was great, since we didn't need much, we were satisfied overall."

"This house was perfect for our two families with 6 kids aged 1-7 years old! Pool was perfect for littles and got nice and warm with fun lights. Love that a high chair, stroller and pack and play were available for use. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Host was quick to respond when I had any questions! "
