"Great stay here at this calm monastery. Lots of walking and hiking trails, great restaurant and breakfast. Had a great beer at the Brauerei that is very close. Shower was spacious and plenty of warm water. "
"This hotel was a little gem in a fairly rural area. Located approximately thirty-minutes from the airport, by taxi or by train but absolutely adorable. We had a very nice Swiss breakfast and loved our canopy bed and modern shower/bathroom. We would definitely stay there again. "
"The Schafli is a companion hotel to the Hotel Uzwil which is a good 4*.
Breakfast was at the Uzwil, a 10 minute walk but worth it as an above average breakfast in a lovely clean restaurant.
The bedroom at Schafli was clean, good sized shower room and functional. No staff on site and seems to cater over business overnight customers.
Very handy for the excellent rain service across Switzerland and cheaper than Zurich"

"For someone that came to visit from out of town, it was so convenient having the train station nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, they have everything you need. Breakfast is not complimentary, but they do have a tea and coffee station that's accessible at anytime. The staff spoke English so that was a plus. I took the bus from the airport to the hotel and it was about 8 mins to get there. They didn't have ac but the temperature at night was cool so you didn't need one, they do have a fan if needed. "
