"Our room was not cleaned properly, garbage under the bed. We were moved to a different room where the fridge was broken The third room was OK, no garbage under the bed but not swept in years. "

"What a lovely room and building. Really enjoyed this hotel. However, the neighborhood outside the hotel was very sketchy and clearly there is an issue with drug addiction in the area. I ate at the restaurant within the hotel and went to and from my car in the gated lot. I enjoyed many other towns in the Berkshires, but Pittsfield was not one of them. Wish this hotel was in a different city, as I would love to stay there again. "

"Gorgeous views even in March, ample heating/cooling, wonderful host experience, would just recommend bringing paper plates/utensils as we found ourselves running the dishwasher often. "
