The coffee machine wasn’t working, no staff in sight, crumbs on the counters, absolutely nothing in any of the fridges. I mentioned this to the staff in the lobby and was told that I can return at 5 for high tea. Obviously, extra $ for executive lounge access was a complete waste. "
