"This was an odd experience. This was truly one of the worst hotel decors i have ever seen. Maybe each room is different but out room was hideous. Green camo carpet, red head board, plaid bench, dog print curtains, a old lady flowered fainting couch... all is different color schemes. The are was a giant bar code, a watercolor of a pair of people that looked like my kid did it, a shadow box with wadded up paper and illegible notes, and a picture of an astronaut with a rainbow arm band... i was so confused by what they were going for. It was really bad. That being said the bed was comfy, the toiletries smelled good and the ac was cold. The overall bldg felt a bit run down. The elevators sounded like any moment youd plung to your death and i had to go down 3 floors to find a soda machine that worked. The ac was loud and woke us up everytime is kicked on. The view from our room was great. The parking was strange and inconvenient. The location was amazing. So it was a mixed bag experience. Id stay again but id need to prepare myself for the visual onslaught."

"Easy checkin at the bar with delightful staff amd free welcome drink. Room was simple but sufficient, great shower. Only there for one night but great valet."

"The second parking spot was not available the first day. All spots were occupied. We had to use the ParkMobile App and pay for parking. Once we did secure the second parking spot, we did not want to move the vehicle because we were afraid of losing it again for overnight parking. The property should not be advertised with two parking spots."

"A room w/ guests in our alcove area were smoking pot. The smell was everywhere. The hotel was supposed to be a nonsmoking building. It really created a horrible environment. When we checked out I mentioned it to the desk person and he brushed it off saying the manager was aware of it. "

"The walking proximity to the University of Arkansas is fantastic and convenient. The house is clean, but old. Our check-in process was lengthy as the code didn’t work. We had to call the owner twice to get a code that worked. Once inside, the house was 54 degrees and had a musty smell, as it must not have been rented in some time. Once we got the heat on, things improved. For the price, it was fine. I will say there is a lot of traffic noise through the night coming from nearby college street, but not a huge deal. "
