Once we did secure the second parking spot, we did not want to move the vehicle because we were afraid of losing it again for overnight parking. The property should not be advertised with two parking spots."

"A room w/ guests in our alcove area were smoking pot. The smell was everywhere. The hotel was supposed to be a nonsmoking building. It really created a horrible environment. When we checked out I mentioned it to the desk person and he brushed it off saying the manager was aware of it. "

"The walking proximity to the University of Arkansas is fantastic and convenient. The house is clean, but old. Our check-in process was lengthy as the code didn’t work. We had to call the owner twice to get a code that worked. Once inside, the house was 54 degrees and had a musty smell, as it must not have been rented in some time. Once we got the heat on, things improved. For the price, it was fine. I will say there is a lot of traffic noise through the night coming from nearby college street, but not a huge deal. "
