"This hotel had a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The dark, upscale décor created a luxurious ambiance throughout the property. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and opened directly into a charming courtyard with tables and chairs, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower featured excellent water pressure. The hotel also provided high-quality luxury toiletries, which were a nice touch. The in-room refrigerator was stocked with a variety of ice-cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, making it convenient. The fitness center was well-equipped and offered a good variety of exercise equipment, making it easy to maintain a workout routine while traveling. The hotel's downtown location was another major highlight. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive. One thing to be aware of is the hotel's "destination fee." While it is deducted from your authorization hold, it also functions as a credit that can be used at a designated affiliated restaurant. Understanding how this fee works ahead of time can help you take full advantage of the included credit. Valet parking was available but quite expensive. We chose to park in a nearby garage for a significantly lower cost, which was a convenient and budget-friendly alternative. We did not get to visit the bar but we will hopefully get to experience it next time!"

"Our stay was enjoyable overall. The location was excellent, with most of the attractions we visited within walking distance. Valet parking was available, but we found it to be too expensive. Instead, we parked in a nearby garage for approximately one-third of the cost. Be aware of the "destination fee!" Lewis greeted us, delivered our luggage to the room, thoroughly explained the room amenities, and even filled our ice bucket. The hotel offers several excellent amenities, including a restaurant, a beautiful outdoor bar, a full-service spa, and a large, well-equipped fitness center. There was also a filtered water station available, although cups were not provided. The pool area was consistently very crowded throughout the weekend, so we chose not to spend time there during our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, there were a few disappointments. The Expedia listing indicated that our room included a balcony, but we were assigned a room without one that overlooked the rooftop. It appeared that many of the other rooms featured balconies with tables and chairs. Additionally, the room was equipped with a beverage cooler rather than a true refrigerator, and it did not keep our drinks sufficiently cold. The room also included a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a nice amenity. However, it was initially placed where it could not be plugged in because there was no outlet within reach, so we had to move it before we could use it."
