A step above

Having stayed in a number of these kinds of properties built to be rentals, and as a finish carpenter myself, my expectations are usually pretty low as far as quality of construction and finish materials. This house was much more well put together than I expected… rift sawn white oak cabinetry, solid stain grade farmhouse style trim throughout, well equipped kitchen(s!), quality pool tables and foosball, spacious theater room, etc. Our only disappointment was that a huge snowstorm delayed many of our party’s arrival and cut short our enjoyment of the property. Would recommend highly!

Family vacation July 2025

We had our annual family vacation 2025 at the Wisconsin Dells this year. Spring Brook Resort was very accommodating. Had 17 family members. All over 18 except 1 15 year old. Had a great time. Home was close to many activities. Plenty of space for everyone with space for various activities or quiet time. Perfect for our family. Communications with Spring Brook staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this resort for your family stay.

Wonderful place!!

This house was so spacious and was very nice. Beds were comfortable, tv access in all rooms, the porch furniture was great, loved the fireplace outside. The kids enjoyed the basement and loved the theatre room. Having two different refrigerators was great for kids to stay out of the main fridge. Washer and dryer worked wonderful and we never seemed to lose water pressure. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!!

We travel every summer as a large family group of 16, 8 adults and 8 children. We have been to Branson, MO, Pigeon Forge, TN and this was our third trip. It was the most expensive property but our least favorite. The floor was filthy when we arrived. The rest of the house looked clean. There was food debris and crumbs by the kickplate under the kitchen cabinets. We looked for a mop to clean the floor but there were only and broom and a vacuum on the property. Also an odd floor plan with bathrooms across the room from the bedrooms. The location was great. Close enough to the Dells fun zone but far enough away that it was quiet. There was a dog next door that pestered us 3 x while on the patio enjoying the night.

Perfect family gathering space

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out as well as amenities to keep everyone entertained. Access to the nice clubhouse and pool was a big plus, although it gets extremely busy on Saturday afternoon. Minor maintenance/cleaning issues: one of the handles on the jetted tub needed repair as it pulled right off when trying to turn the water off. Bottom drawer in refrigerator was cracked/off track so we did not use. The floor was a little dirty. The kids socks were very dirty after going through the house a few times.

Beautiful house

We stated here and it was so spacious. There was a lot of thought out into this house. It has everything from crockpots to multiple coffee makers. The movie theater was amazing. The kids enjoyed it. This was close to Restaraunts and many stores. The kids enjoyed the free pool passes. I am even considering buying my own property out here.
